What are the responsibilities and job description for the Local Restaurant Marketing Manager position at NANDO'S?
WHO WE ARE
Nando’s PERi PERi USA is a growing restaurant group with deep roots in South Africa and an even deeper love for people, food, and community. We’re famous for our flamegrilled chicken, our PERiPERi sauce, and the warmth we bring to every Casa. We’re building the most loved restaurant brand in North America — one that leads with care, compassion, and kindness. When we say “I am because we are,” we mean it.
OUR VISION
At Nando’s, we put people at the heart of everything we do. We lead with our values, act with Ubuntu, and create experiences that change lives together — every day and everywhere. Our Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM) team brings this vision to life in our neighborhoods, building relationships that strengthen our brand and fuel our growth.
ROLE SUMMARY
The Local Restaurant Marketing Manager is the heartbeat of Nando’s in the DMV community — a connector, storyteller, and brand ambassador who brings our culture to life outside the four walls of our restaurants. This role blends strategy with hands on execution, partnering closely with Patraos, Area Directors, and the Marketing team to drive local awareness, build community partnerships, and support restaurant level growth.
This Manager level role executes local marketing plans, amplifies national campaigns, and builds relationships that strengthen our presence across the DMV region. The LRM Manager trains restaurant leaders on local marketing best practices, supports events and activations, and ensures every touchpoint reflects the Nando’s feel — warm, bold, and full of heart.
