Job Description:
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll perform routine maintenance, handle repair requests, and ensure all building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functioning properly. We value attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Respond to tenant repair requests
- Repair or replace plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform general maintenance like painting and drywall repair
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help move furniture or equipment when needed
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience preferred
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to lift heavy objects and work on ladders
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time
