What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Handyman position at Nandail Property Management?
Join the team at Nandail Property Management. Our company is looking for Electrician/Handyman to work on-site completing various work orders. As a Nandail Property Management Independent Handyman, you are responsible for completing the maintenance/repair orders on these properties and the procurement and control of materials, transportation, and equipment necessary for the successful completion of these work orders. Our goal is to not have your travel exceed an hour to one property therefore work orders will all be located within an 30–50-mile radius of your home location. This allows the Handyman to travel around their area and service properties close to their house and create their work schedule accordingly.Electrician/Handyman can utilize bids and pre-approvals to make the most amount of money going into every single property they service. Once a property is given to a Electrician/Handyman to service, that becomes their property and all bids that our clients approve go right back to that respective Electrician/Handyman until they sell the property
