Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling transactions. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cash registers, taking customers' orders, ensuring a smooth checkout experience, and packing donut orders. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and properly taking orders.
- Our cashiers are responsible for packing customers' donut orders, as well as, decorating more donuts if we run out.
- Cashiers must be able to operate our point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Cashiers are responsible for answering the phone and taking call in orders.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in cash handling and operating cash registers.
