Job Overview
I’m looking for a part time house manager. Someone who can perform light clean up, food prep, laundry, change light bulbs, touch up paint, take care of plants, light yard work, handy projects, grocery shop, and run errands—fun stuff: decorating for holidays, events, and adding special touches.
Help make life easier for a very busy business owner! I need help managing my home responsibilites, while I operate my business.
I value honesty, doing things with care and heart, an eye for detail, and self-motivation and organization.
Nothing is super hard to do, however, being handy around the house and yard helps!
You must be able to lift up to 40 lb, be able to move up and down stairs, and communicate, read and write in English.
Most tasks are routine, with occasional tasks that arise as needed.
$25-28/hr DOE. 1-2 days a week, consisting of 6-8 hours each day.
MUST: love animals and not be allergic to cats/dogs
MUST: have a valid license and your own vehicle, and be willing to run errands in it, haul groceries, or take things to donate, etc.
MUST: communicate well in English. There is a standard list of routine tasks. Tell me about tasks you've completed and what you have not, and why. Call me for questions during your workday. You must be willing and able to call me when questions arise.
MUST: have strong attention to detail! I love special touches. I notice them.
MUST: love caring for things - as if they were your own. Make your work shine!
MUST: love getting your hands dirty and diving into projects with gusto.
MUST: have a can-do attitude and the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.
MUST: Read directions, prioritize lists, skillfully organize
MUST: be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
MUST: be honest, reliable and maintain confidentiality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
