Role Description
Nance Industries is seeking a responsible Human Resources Administrator. This position oversees all HR
decision-making, including HR planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance
management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and company compliance with all local,
state, and federal laws, and all company policies and requirements.
Responsibilities
• Collect and process employment-related paperwork to ensure weekly payroll is processed
accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct thorough investigations related to employee relations issues and safety incidents.
• Assist eligible employees every month in benefit enrollment.
• Answer benefits-related questions or refer the employee to appropriate resources.
• Oversees HR compliance areas including but not limited to I-9 and E-Verify compliance, wage,
and hours, required training, leave of absence/FMLA, workers compensation, and other
leave/time off policies governmental and compliance data requests, and reasonable
accommodation.
• Oversee DOL claims/separation processes.
• Manage companywide vacation log.
• Knowledgeable with OSHA rules and regulations
