Responsibilities

- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting needs to management.
- Participate in catering events as required, providing exceptional food service to guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in the culinary field, particularly in pizza preparation and cooking.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in menu planning and fine dining settings is highly desirable.
- Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques.
- Background in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
