Responsibilities
- Greet guests and introduce them to menu items, specials, and promotions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, checking back to ensure guest satisfaction
- Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, or dietary needs
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Provide a welcoming and memorable dining experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter preferred, not required.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
