Associate-Level & License-Eligible Clinicians: $55,000–$60,000 annually
Fully Licensed Clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT): $65,000–$70,000 annually
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Receive $2,500 after 90 days and the remaining $2,500 after 6 months of successful employment.
Clinical Supervision Available for eligible associate-level clinicians pursuing independent licensure.

What You'll Do

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Complete psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, Behavioral Health Technicians, medical providers, and leadership
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and outside providers
- Support a safe, structured, therapeutic residential milieu
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical programming
- Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care
