Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients using proper knife skills and slicing techniques.
- Follow recipes meticulously to ensure meal consistency and quality across all dishes.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, fryers, and other appliances safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly in accordance with food safety standards.
- Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients according to dietary guidelines and catering requirements.
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling procedures, including storage, temperature control, and sanitation practices.

Qualifications
