Nan & Company Properties is hiring an experienced recruiter to help drive our next stage of growth across Houston and The Woodlands.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to start conversations, earn trust, follow through, and help experienced real estate agents see what their business could become at Nan.
You will work closely with CEO and founder Nancy Almodovar and brokerage leadership to attract productive agents who align with our culture, standards, and vision.
What you’ll do
- Identify and recruit experienced real estate agents across our target markets.
- Build relationships through daily calls, personalized outreach, referrals, networking, and social media.
- Understand each agent’s goals, business challenges, and reasons for considering a move.
- Present Nan’s marketing, technology, training, leadership, and global luxury connections.
- Lead recruiting conversations, coordinate leadership meetings, and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Keep an accurate recruiting pipeline and provide weekly activity and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with onboarding staff to create a smooth transition for incoming agents.
- Represent Nan at industry events and help organize recruiting events and office visits.
Who we’re looking for
- At least two years of success in real estate agent recruiting, brokerage growth, or relationship-driven sales.
- A track record of converting outreach into meetings and signed commitments.
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence making outbound calls and discussing brokerage value.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a measurable pipeline.
- Knowledge of Houston and The Woodlands real estate markets preferred.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and consistent follow-through.
