Namor is building the Planetary Intelligence System.
A spatio-temporal AI that turns the state of Earth's critical ecosystems into real-time operational, financial, and security decisions for businesses and governments.
We’re looking for systems-minded AI engineers to help build the core of EarthCON, the operating system of Namor.
What You Will Do
- Building latent state representations that unify ecological, geophysical and human-system signals.
- Designing the orchestration layer that coordinates diverse computing environments.
- Deploying distributed inference to update the planetary state in near-real time.
- Implementing data assimilation pipelines that standardize heterogeneous data streams.
We’re Looking For
- Experience of building state representation models or other structured latent systems.
- Strong ability to work across distributed and heterogeneous computing environments (cloud, HPC and GPU clusters).
- Experience with real-time or large-scale inference pipelines, rather than just batch training.
- Comfortable designing data assimilation workflows across messy, multimodal signals (geospatial, remote sensing, biological, climate, etc.).
- Someone who wants to co-author a system from first principles, rather than just 'contribute code'.
