If you thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments, enjoy solving complex mechanical challenges, and want ownership over impactful projects, we want to hear from you.

You must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)

Unique Benefits Designed with Care

  • 4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days)
  • Relocation assistance provided

  • Drive process and equipment improvements to support production, quality, and safety goals
  • Partner closely with Quality, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, and Maintenance teams

Support Facility Growth

  • Help establish manufacturing capabilities for a new solid rocket motor production facility targeted for initial production in 2027
  • Assist in building scalable systems and equipment standards for long-term growth
