Primary Responsibilities of a Mechanical Assembler
This is for our (Weekend Shift Only) - 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
**Note**: Employees hired for the weekend shift will start working Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-4:30PM for two to four weeks for the initial training before being transferred to the weekend shift.
**Note**: Due to US Export Control laws and regulations; applicants selected for employment must show proof of a U.S. Person status before employment may begin.

How you will be rewarded as a Mechanical Assembler
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday weekend shift working four 12-hour days with a half-hour unpaid lunch and paid breaks.
- Along with the base wage pay, there will be an additional hourly shift difference pay for working the weekend shift.

Primary Responsibilities of a Mechanical Assembler

- Places parts in specific relationship to each other with extreme accuracy
- Operates and tends automatic and manual processing equipment
- Uses a variety of hand and power tools, jigs and fixtures
- Works at different workstations as production needs require
- Performs general daily housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and area to ensure a safe working condition for all employees
- Performs general maintenance of equipment as required
- Ability to recognize and report all operational variances as trained
- High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging preferred
- Ability to obtain/maintain BATF approval to work with our products
- Ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to be at work on time and on a consistent basis
- Excellent team interaction and communication is a priority for this role
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the movement of materials weighing 5-50 lbs
- Ability to obtain BATF approval to engage in certain explosive operations
