About the Role
As our HR Coordinator/Recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Namify by finding and hiring exceptional talent. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing amazing candidates to extending offers while also supporting a variety of Human Resources initiatives.
Reporting directly to the Director of People, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, making this an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources.

What You'll Do
- Source top talent through a variety of recruiting channels and build strong candidate pipelines
- Review resumes and applications to identify outstanding candidates
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
- Create compelling job postings and position descriptions
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring decisions
- Complete reference checks and facilitate job offers
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with employment laws and regulations
- Lead new hire onboarding and orientation to create an exceptional first-day experience
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as you continue developing your HR expertise

Requirements
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
- Strong commitment to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Communicate effectively both in writing and orally
- Making decisions independently
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time) - In Office
Salary : $50,000
