Pool & Hot Tub Sales Executive
Pay: $18 per hour PLUS uncapped monthly sales bonus!
Job description:
Want to be a Pool person? We offer family fun and a lifetime of memories to every customer, and you will be the one to make that happen.
We’re looking for a strong Salesperson that will sell swimming Pools and Hot Tubs to local families and be able to open and close the store for business. This is a leadership role within the store and reports directly to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales with a heavy focus on sales performance.
- Greet and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the store.
- Assist customers in selecting a pool or hot tub by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to customers.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customers to purchase.
- Perform professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of products.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all the other steps of the sales process.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Assist the store manager with training, developing and inspiring employees to create a fun and respectful environment.
- Ensure that all associates are trained in salesmanship, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Drive store cleanliness by having fully stocked shelves, pricing signs, merchandising plans, and professional appearance of our team.
- Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous pool and/or hot tub experience is a huge plus.
- Previous experience in driving sales and achieving sales goals.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating customer needs.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check for employment.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull over 45 lbs.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Driving Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Supervising: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
Work Location: In person
