Namay Dentistry is looking for an EFDA!
Starting at $28.00/hour, based on experience
Performance Expectations:
- Effective communication and accurate patient education.
- Establish trust and care in all patient interactions.
- Excellent chair-side assisting in four-handed dentistry.
- Design/fabricate high quality aesthetic direct and indirect restorations.
- Acquire clear, diagnostic quality digital radiographs using Dexis software.
- Organize treatment within CareStack and communicate needs accurately/effectively with Team members.
Non-Essential Functions:
- Remain focused on a positive patient experience while preforming job tasks.
- Assist in other areas of work involving Namay Dentistry.
- Train other Team members if/when necessary.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stress or adversity.
- Skilled use of standard office equipment.
Success Patterns for this position are:
- 1-3 years of EFDA experience in an office dedicated to a high Standard of Care.
- 1-3 years experience with CEREC Technology.
- A reputation for excellent demeanor with patients and colleagues.
- Experience working efficiently and contributing as a Team member.

Qualifications:
- Current Ohio EFDA License
Work Week Patient Hours:
Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $37.00 per hour
