Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and attentive Servers to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly service, accurate order taking, and efficient food and beverage delivery. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as clovers and TOAST POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Handle transactions efficiently by processing sales accurately through POS systems and managing cash handling responsibilities.
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including food safety standards, wine pairings, and cocktail recipes to provide expert recommendations.
• Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and sanitation procedures as needed.
• Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Clovers and TOAST POS, or similar platforms for order entry and sales processing.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming environment.
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings, particularly in fine dining or hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food industry standards related to sanitation and food safety.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales transaction processing.
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation management tools is a plus.
• Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes.
