- Emphasis on technology application solution analysis for business requirements not just business requirements
- Vizio flowcharting and system process data flow diagramming experience
- Good understanding of flat file formats and data mapping
- Attention to detail and ability to probe research for accuracy of facts and Documentation
- Experience with Waterfall and Software Development Lifecycle related deliverables
- Excellent working session facilitation skills
Technical background
- Familiarity with Agile JIRA
- Responsive, confident, and prompt communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Ability to compartmentalize and problem solve
- Previous Financial Institution Experience
- Developer solution engineer architect background
- Good knowledge of Retail Banking Collections Recovery space
