The Role
We are looking for a "doer"—an AI Lead who thrives on building, testing, and deploying practical solutions rather than discussing theory. You will move our AI initiatives from Proof of Concept (POC) into production, focusing on data-driven AI, infrastructure setup, and full-cycle SDLC integration.
What You’ll Do
- Practical Development: Lead the hands-on execution of AI projects. You aren’t just managing; you’re in the code, building POCs, and refining models.
- Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize complex prompts to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs for business-specific data.
- Infrastructure & Cloud: Set up and manage AI environments across AWS and Azure. You should be comfortable configuring the pipes that make AI work.
- SDLC Ownership: Read Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and translate them into technical reality.
- AI for Quality & Data: Implement AI-driven testing strategies. You will create comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate AI performance, accuracy, and data integrity.
- Optimization: Constantly tune AI workflows for speed, cost-efficiency, and practical business utility.
- Your Toolkit
- Direct Experience: Proven track record of taking AI models out of the lab and into a live SDLC environment.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS (Sagemaker, Bedrock) and/or Azure (Azure AI Services, OpenAI Service).
- Data-Centric: Deep understanding of how to use AI for data analysis, cleaning, and predictive modeling.
- Testing Rigour: Ability to write rigorous test cases specifically for non-deterministic AI outputs.
