What You'll Do
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting with their floral needs such as anniversary, birthdays, wedding and funerals.
- Managing customer inquiries and resolving complaints with care and professionalism.
- Handling orders, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting with inventory management, including lifting and organizing items up to 50 lbs.
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized shop environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with our customers.
- The ability to handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and tact.
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
