Professional Education is responsible for the development and management of programs for initial and on-going education and clinical support for clinicians utilizing the company's products. The Professional Education Manager will be primarily responsible for professional educational operational excellence. This is a cross-functional partnership position that requires excellent customer service and communication skills. The Professional Education Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Professional Education and work directly with clinicians, cross functional partners such as, Marketing, R&D, Engineering, Clinical Research, and Sales. This position is a key stakeholder in the commercial plan of action including but not limited to product and resource launches. The Manager of Professional Education will also manage allocated funds, resources, logistical and compliance aspects of educational engagements.

- Manage expenses for each program type and operate within stated company policies and procedures
- Analysis of program effectiveness post each program type
- Cross functional partner with Field to assess adoption to therapy/train to treat
- Resource model development
- Automation of resources
- Management of Peer to Peer scheduling
- Audit readiness of HCP training documentation
- Plan and execute CNE program for nurses, training Field and Faculty
- Content creation and speaker preparations
- HCP contract and payment management
- Understanding and enforcing HCP compliance
- Respond to requests and work in team environment to resolve issues in a prompt and effective manner
- Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote our products and services
- Support educational needs for professional education by presenting to clinicians and/or serving as a medical liaison at workshops
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image
- Minimum of 3 years successful medical device experience and preferably within the neuromodulation space
- Minimum of 3 years successfully strategizing, planning and executing medical educational programs specific to adoption to therapy/train to treat
- Demonstrated and documented success in development and management of operational excellence, focused on the responsibilities listed above
- Bachelor's degree or RN preferred along with relevant work experience
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate and articulate complex clinical information
- Growth mindset understanding needs change and being agile with responsibilities
- Able and willing to meet the required travel of up to 30%
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, SalesForce, HubSpot, CVENT and/or other CRM platforms
- Reside near Carlsbad, CA and pending candidate qualifications, may consider remote
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
