Aloha! Off The Wall craft beer & wine is now hiring an Executive Chef
We are seeking a full-time individual to join our team.
We are a locally owned and operated restaurant and self served beer and wine tasting room with a dedicated South American flare to our cuisine.
Our hours of operations are :
11am-10pm Sunday - Thursday
11am-12pm Friday - Saturday
We are looking for a creative individual that is self motivated and able to work with/lead a smaller team. Capable of managing and placing orders, being attentive to inventory and food cost/labor, also being creative to push weekly specials and new menus quarterly. Comfortable sitting in on meetings, talking to distributors, and being the face of the BoH at Off The Wall.
Back of the House
-Work on the line during both mornings and/or nights
-Manage and edit prep lists
-Control food Quality and consistency
-Keep and uphold a clean workspace for employees
-Establish and contribute to a positive work environment both in the back and cohesive with front of house
-Liquor commission card required after hire.
-Creating a schedule
