Position: Intelligence Management Specialist (Operational Support)
LCAT: Senior
Location: Reston, VA
Clearance: TS/SCI and current CI poly required.
Desired experience: 8 years of experience.
Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of related experience as a substitute for a degree.
As the organizational advisor of verbal and written communications, you’ll oversee and author various intelligence products and content. Work with us as we develop, clarify, and verify technical information in support of the DoD and IC.
Basic qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience promoting knowledge sharing through operational business processes and systems; and improving integration among information systems to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
- At least 3 years of experience with SharePoint custom development and architecture
- At least 3 years of experience building out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions
- Ability to translate client, stakeholder, and end user’s needs and requirements and recommend actionable solutions
- Ability to work with web development tools and languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
- Ability to create data visualizations and metrics based on client requirements in COTS tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience writing and editing professional products for multiple audiences
- Experience reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to requests on accessing, formatting, coordinating, and consolidating
- Experience assisting with administration and management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and briefings, and providing intelligence dissemination support
- Experience building read ahead books or material for official functions and meetings
- Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and style guides
- Knowledge of IC analytic tradecraft standards and processes
- Ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
