LCAT: Senior
Location: DIA HQ, Washington, DC
Clearance and polygraph requirement: Active TS/SCI and willingness to take polygraph. Candidates with current CI polygraph conducted in the past 7 years will be highly prioritized.
Experience/education requirement: Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12 years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

As a Military Capabilities All-Source Analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing production that study complexity of adversarial systems.
Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll produce strategic-level assessments and products that address the MILCAP problem set with a specific focus on developments and trends.

Requirements
- Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
- Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables, such as complex written products and formal or informal briefings tailored to clients who range from tactical to strategic levels
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience with all-source analysis, or 12 years of experience with all-source analysis in lieu of a degree
Desired qualifications
- 3 years as an all-source military capabilities analyst
- Knowledge of conventional weapon systems
- Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards
