Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range
The total Compensation range for this position is $107,400-$161,100 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.

- Develop a strong understanding of industry best practices for reducing waterborne pathogen risk, with an emphasis on plans that manage risks associated with Legionella and other pathogens.
- Conduct on-site water system assessments and summarize findings in technical reports.
- Support customer review meetings by presenting key findings and service reports.
- Help customers manage water management program compliance and performance.
- Create and deliver water safety training for customers and field representatives.
- Present educational seminars on best-practice guidelines for facility water safety management.
- Partner with sales teams to schedule and conduct water safety site surveys and assessment services.
- Support marketing and technical projects during non-travel periods.
- Travel to customer locations across North America approximately 40% to 60% of the time.
- Prepare customer offers for water safety programs and services.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
- 5 years of technical experience
- 50% or more overnight travel
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, such as biology, microbiology, or engineering.
- Experience preparing detailed technical reports
- Knowledge of risk assessment and mitigation strategies for waterborne pathogens in building water systems.
- Experience in marketing, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles.
