The Business Developer for Home Health (AD Waiver Services) is tasked with driving the growth and expansion of our waiver-based home health programs by forming strategic partnerships, analyzing market trends, and developing new business opportunities. This role is centered on identifying and engaging potential referral sources within the AD Waiver community—such as social service coordinators, case managers, and community organizations—to increase participant enrollment and raise awareness of our specialized offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategic plans to expand our presence among AD Waiver service providers and eligible populations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with case managers, social workers, and organizations focused on AD Waiver services.
- Conduct targeted market research to recognize emerging needs and growth opportunities within the AD Waiver landscape.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to ensure smooth on boarding and ongoing support for waiver participants.
- Monitor and report on business development efforts, outcomes, and relevant market dynamics specific to AD Waiver programs.
- Represent the organization at events and networking functions pertinent to AD Waiver services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing—ideally within the AD Waiver or home health sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with local AD Waiver programs, referral processes, and community partners is an asset.
