What You'll Do
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to student needs and learning styles
- Build a classroom culture that's safe, respectful, and welcoming
- Track student progress and adjust your teaching to help every student succeed
- Champion our Leader in Me program, including direct instruction and school-wide initiatives
- Set and celebrate goals with students (WIGs: Wildly Important Goals)
- Keep lesson plans, grades, and attendance accurate and up to date
- Communicate regularly with parents and participate in staff meetings
- Partner with colleagues and the community to support student success
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Florida teaching certificate for your grade level and subject (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Elementary Education preferred for K–5; subject-specific for 6–8 and 9–12
- Strong communication skills and a solid foundation in curriculum and instruction
- A growth mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teaching
- Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, The Leader in Me framework
- STEM experience a plus; positive references from prior roles

Salary : $35,000 - $53,900
