Window Cleaning Assistant (Part-Time) – $20/hr
Job Description:
Local window cleaning company on Kauai is hiring a reliable, hardworking Window Cleaning Assistant to join a small 2-person crew. This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into more hours as we take on more work.

- $20/hr starting
- Paid training
- 10–20 hours per week to start(More hours available as we grow our 2-man crew system)
- Mostly weekday mornings
What You’ll Do
- Assist with residential/Condos window cleaning
- Clean screens, frames, and Vaccum tracks
- Interior or Exterior cleaning (ground-level windows at first)
- Help with setup, teardown, and equipment organization
- Support the lead technician on-site
- Keep job sites clean and professional
No experience required — training provided.
Requirements
- Comfortable with physical work
- Reliable and on time
- Comfortable outdoors and around ladders
- Teachable, respectful, and willing to follow a system
- Has reliable transportation
- Able to work independently and with a partner
This is a physical job — bending, lifting, and being on your feet.
About the Position
We are building a 2-man crew structure where eventually one person handles interior windows and the other handles exterior. This allows jobs to go faster and gives consistent hours to reliable workers.
Right now, this role starts part-time, but more hours will be added as the company grows.
