Responsibilities
- Speak with local customers to identify insurance needs
- Explain auto, home, and other personal insurance options clearly
- Build long-term client relationships and follow up consistently
- Use a proven sales and service process with coaching support
- Participate in training, performance reviews, and goal setting
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and coachable
- Comfortable speaking with people and asking questions
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
