Role Description
This part-time Front Office Specialist role is an on-site position located in Carlsbad, CA. Responsibilities include managing the front desk by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include facilitating smooth communication between clients and team members, maintaining an organized reception area, and supporting administrative operations, including billing.
