Nakery Beauty is a growing, innovative beauty and skincare brand specializing in science-led skincare, body care, and fragrance products. Our products are sold through major retail and e-commerce channels, including Ulta Beauty, HSN, QVC, Amazon, and our direct-to-consumer platforms.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Clearwater, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates or entry-level candidates looking to build a career in sales, retail, and the beauty industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with daily sales operations, administrative tasks, and coordination.
- Support relationships and communications with retail partners, distributors, and customers.
- Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Monitor sales activities, track performance, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Assist with retail promotions, product launches, and sales initiatives.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to support sales objectives.
- Help prepare product information, pricing documents, and sales materials.
- Conduct competitor research and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up on sales-related inquiries, requests, and outstanding tasks.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Recent college graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and sales data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
