We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Floating Medical Spa Manager to oversee the operations of multiple locations, ensuring consistent excellence in service and patient care.
- Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple spa locations
- Ensure the highest level of client service is provided consistently
- Coordinate and support staff hiring, training, and management at various sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe facilities in all assigned locations
- Prioritize patient safety: regularly inspect injection rooms and ensure hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Travel between spa locations as required to provide hands-on leadership
- Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their rights to care
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to maintain and enhance service quality
- Open availability, must be available Saturdays
Salary Range: 75k-90k bonus eligible

- Proven experience in medical spa or similar management roles
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and best practices in medical aesthetics

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between locations
