Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all studio operations across multiple Texas locations, including Austin, Houston, Dallas, Katy, Fort Worth, and San Antonio
- Traveling frequently between studio sites to ensure operational consistency and support local teams
- Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage studio performance, including revenue, bookings, cancellation rates, and average order value
- Conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring compliance with company standards
- Building rapport with studio staff while maintaining professional boundaries
- Applying business acumen to optimize multi-location operations and drive growth
- Staying current on medical spa services, products, and industry trends to inform business decisions
- Partnering with the HR department and senior operations leadership to implement company initiatives and support staff development
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical spa environment
- Experience managing multiple locations or sites at a district or multi-site level
- Hands-on experience with performance management using KPIs such as revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, and average order value
- Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, scheduling and booking systems, and EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and industry trends
- Experience partnering with senior operations leadership
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to travel frequently between studio locations across Texas
