The Role

We’re looking for a Skin & Waxing Specialist whose primary focus will be professional waxing, while also providing customized skincare services.

Your service menu may include:

• Brazilian waxing (aka Sphinx waxing)
• Bikini and body waxing
• Facial waxing and brow shaping
• Customized facials
• Body treatments
• Skincare education and personalized product recommendations

We’re especially interested in candidates who want to become highly knowledgeable about both hair removal and skin health, rather than specializing in just one area.

Experience with microneedling, chemical peels, and manual resurfacing is a plus. For the right candidate, NakedCat Beauty is willing to invest in additional education and certifications as you grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Colorado Esthetics or Cosmetology license
• Valid form of identification such as a driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID
• Strong interest in waxing and skincare
• Eagerness to learn about skincare ingredients, skin health, and treatment science
• Interest in ongoing education and staying current with industry best practices
• Confidence performing waxing services or a strong desire to become highly skilled in waxing
• Experience with booking and scheduling systems; experience with Mangomint is a plus
• Commitment to exceptional client experiences
• Meticulous attention to hygiene, sanitation, and service quality
• Strong communication skills with both clients and team members
• Ability to create a comfortable, professional environment for clients during personal services
• Dependability, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing company

Training & Full Dedication

We believe great service comes from great training. Your initial training will include 40 paid hours at $21/hour, spread throughout your first month.

Training will cover our services, techniques, products, client experience standards, booking systems, policies, and the NakedCat Beauty way of doing things.

Because becoming an excellent esthetician takes more than sitting through training, we expect our team members to be fully dedicated to learning. Training will include homework, studying, and opportunities to practice and review material outside of scheduled training hours.

We’re looking for someone who is excited to invest in themselves and take ownership of their education.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with the potential to become a full-time career in the beauty industry as your clientele and role grow.

We are specifically looking for availability during:

• Sunday evenings
• Mondays
• Tuesdays
• Wednesday evenings
• Saturdays
