Global e-commerce womenswear brand, Naked Wardrobe is looking for a detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate. As a Seasonal Warehouse Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including packing, picking, storing, and shipping apparel products.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive incoming shipments of apparel products and verify the accuracy of the received items
- Unload, unpack, and inspect merchandise for any damages or defects
- Sort and organize merchandise in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory management
- Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks for outgoing shipments
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- ·Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years of warehouse fulfillment experience, ideally within the e-commerce apparel industry
- Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferredGood verbal and written communication skills
- Must have basic computer knowledge and skills
- Comfortable reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operating procedures, and maintenance instructions
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborative team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
- Must be available to work OT as required to support business needs
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Has basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Ability to lift, lower and carry heavy objects up to 30 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for the entire shift.
- Ability stand and/or walk on concrete for the duration of the shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures as the warehouse is not climate controlled.
