We are seeking a professional and dedicated Licensed Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide a range of skincare and beauty services, including lash extensions, Korean lash lifts, brow laminations, and Brazilians. Your primary responsibilities will involve client communication and maintaining high standards of sanitation to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments such as lash extensions, Korean lash lifts, brow laminations, and Brazilian waxing with precision and care.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide consultations, and offer personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations to ensure client safety at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional and friendly interactions to promote repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve service quality.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times.
- Adhere strictly to licensing requirements and professional standards throughout all treatments.
Requirements
- Valid state esthetician license or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience performing lash extensions, lash lifts, brow laminations, and waxing services such as Brazilians.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Strong commitment to sanitation protocols and maintaining a hygienic work environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
