What are the responsibilities and job description for the Weekend Kitchen Associate position at Naked Mountain Winery and Vineyards?
We are looking for a dedicated, hard worker who has an interest in the wine and food industry. A positive work attitude, grace under pressure, and strong organizational skills are just a few qualities we are looking for in our associates here at Naked Mountain Winery. This position is part-time, with any possible candidate willing to work most Saturdays and Sundays with occasional weekdays available upon request.
The responsibilities and duties of this position at Naked Mountain include but are not limited to:
- Making sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work
- Make small snack plates (cheese, breads, etc) , plate premade brunch foods, and grill panini sandwiches
-Run food orders to customer's tables
-Preparing a catered lunch on weekends over the winter
-Cleaning dishes and polishing wine glasses
-Prep and portion food items for each day
Ability to lift 40lb boxes (weight of a case of wine)
