What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Naked Cafe?
We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team at Naked Cafe Solana Beach! You must have at least 1 full year of fast-paced barista experience.
We look for outgoing, bright, vibrant people who share in our passion for health and the environment! Our ideal candidate moves with a strong sense of urgency, has the ability to multitask, and is extremely efficient. You must be able to work at a very fast pace, while simultaneously offering exceptional customer service. We are looking for a proactive, self-starter and someone who is reliable and responsible, as well as amazing with customers! The ability to work on consistently on weekends is required. We also require all of our baristas to have a valid RBS certificate.
Training will consist of barista shifts, food running shifts, and takeout training to ensure you have the skills and efficiency to be a part of our team.
Job responsibilities include creating espresso drinks, educating customers on our drink and food menus, making recommendations based on their preferences, facilitating orders, up-selling special items, bussing tables, food running, and more. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an amazing experience for our guests.
Pay is $16.90 per hour PLUS amazing tips! Naked Cafe is a breakfast, brunch, lunch restaurant, and we are open from 7:30 - 2:30 every day!
