Responsibilities
· Will ensure guest satisfaction with all prepared items as well as interaction. Will maintain stations assigned in a cleanly manner as well as items produced in the back
· Maintains the good reputation of the restaurant with a friendly and courteous attitude along with items prepared for customers
· Follows the standard recipes dictated by the head chef, owner operator, or management team.
· Ensure all restaurant guidelines, standards and procedures are followed.
· To maintain good communication between restaurant and kitchen
· To be part of a disciplined team work atmosphere in regards to:
· Must be familiar with local food hygiene practices and act accordingly
