What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper and Groundskeeper position at Naimoli Estate?
IN NEED OF LANDSCAPER/GROUNDSKEEPER
This position is responsible for landscaping our large event venue.
The use of farm equipment at a previous position is a great plus!
8 am - 5 pm on weekdays
Must be able to come in on some weekends to trim if there is an event
Job Requirements:
- Completes landscape maintenance duties, such mowing, chemical and fertilizer application, weed control, spring clean-up, fall clean-up, trimming, and pruning.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment.
- Completes the job in the most time-efficient manner
- Operates a variety of mechanical equipment, including but not limited to, bed edgers, commercial mowers (ztr’s and possible bush hog), blowers, chain saw, and line trimmers.
- Care of equipment and notify management of needed repairs.
Minimum Requirements:
-Ability to operate weed-whackers, blowers, shovels, rakes, and other hand tools needed
-Ability to operate zero-turn lawn mower
