Roofing Project Manager
Pay: $60,000 to $70,000 base salary, plus bonuses and commission

Nail 'Em Down Roofing is a locally owned roofing, siding, and gutter company in Westmoreland County, and an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor. We're looking for a Project Manager to own our residential jobs from the first delivery to the final walkthrough.
You get a company truck, a local territory, and a bonus plan you control. Your pay is tied to the quality of your jobs, the reviews your customers leave, and the extra work you find on site.
What You Get

What You Could Earn
Base pay, the quality bonus, review bonuses, and upsell commission together put a strong Project Manager at about $75,000 to $90,000 in their first year. Your actual earnings depend on your results.
What You Will Be Doing
- Review job details the evening before, so every morning starts with a plan
- Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and homeowners
- Get to the site early to confirm setup and deliveries
- Tow and position the company trailer when needed
- Keep every job on schedule and hold the crew to our quality standard
- Photograph every stage of the job
- Keep the office and the homeowner updated throughout the day
- Spot extra work the home needs, gutters, or soffit, and walk the homeowner through their options
- Catch problems before you leave, so nobody needs a return trip
- Close out each job with a walkthrough, confirm payment, and ask for a review
How The Quality Bonus Works
It's measured on four things you control:
- Customer satisfaction scores on your jobs
- Walkthroughs completed at close out
- Complete, correct photo documentation on every job
- Return trip rate: the fewer callbacks, the bigger your bonus
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in construction or project management. Roofing, siding, gutters, or windows is a strong plus.
- A leader who can keep a crew on standard without losing them
- Organized and comfortable with technology. You'll run your day from our CRM and your phone.
- Able to manage several jobs a day
- Comfortable on ladders and walking pitched roofs
- Able to safely tow and back an equipment trailer
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Schedule
- Full-time, day shift, in the field
- Early starts. Days run longer in peak season.
- Some Saturdays during peak season
Pre-Employment Screening
This role drives company vehicles, tows trailers, works at heights, and handles customer payments. Every offer depends on passing a background check, a motor vehicle record check, and a drug screening.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
