Are you passionate about joining a dynamic team and doing what you love? Nail Boss Salon, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a receptionist. We are looking for a driven candidate who is ready to contribute to our growing salon.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors professionally and warmly
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Ensuring the front reception area is clean and organized
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Providing administrative support to staff as needed
- Gaining familiarity with our products and services
Available shifts:
- Monday to Friday Evenings: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
