Job Summary:
The Property Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining marketing materials and strategies for the company's property listings. This role requires a creative and detail oriented individual with a strong interest in real estate marketing, digital content creation, and project management. The Property Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
1. Create and update marketing flyers for company listings.
2. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all company listings.
3. Create and update proposals to pitch new business.
4. Take/edit photos and videos of new listings.
5. Manage all email blasts for company listings.
6. Prepare and update presentations for listed properties in both hard copy and digital format.
7. Assist in the design and mailing of postcards monthly
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree specializing in marketing preferred.
2. One (1) to two (2) years of experience in marketing preferred.
3. Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Proficient in Canva, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office suite
products.
2. Ability to pay close attention to detail.
3. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5. Ability to manage time and tasks well.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and occasionally meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
