We’re currently looking for a Commercial Real Estate Broker/Associate Broker to focus on leasing within our managed portfolio and support small-scale leasing opportunities that help keep our pipeline active and our clients satisfied.
Position Summary:
This role is ideal for a licensed broker or early-career commercial real estate professional looking to gain experience, deepen market expertise, and grow within a collaborative and fast-paced team. You’ll primarily handle leasing activity for our managed properties and smaller lease transactions ensuring no opportunity goes unserved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leasing inquiries and tours for a portfolio of managed commercial properties (retail, office, industrial).
- Represent landlords in marketing and leasing efforts, including listing management and property showings.
- Draft and negotiate lease proposals and letters of intent in collaboration with property managers and senior brokers.
- Maintain regular communication with tenants, owners, and Principal Broker.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, signage, and reporting for clients.
- Track pipeline activity, coordinate lease renewals, and follow up on open leasing leads.
- Support top-performing brokers on overflow leasing and sales assignments, maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active real estate license (preferred), but we’re open to training the right candidate while they complete licensing requirements expediently—especially if they bring prior experience in a commercial real estate setting (such as administration, property management, or another non-licensed role).
- Commission-only sale experience. 1–3 years of relevant commercial real estate experience preferred.
- Driven, resourceful, and able to operate independently—while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communicator who values relationships and client service above all else.
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys matchmaking tenants and spaces, even in off-market or unconventional scenarios.
- Experience with negotiations and deal-making.
