Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Real Estate Maintenance Technician role located in Missoula and Kalispell, MT. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep and repairs of commercial properties, including performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all systems operate effectively. Daily tasks involve addressing maintenance requests, conducting inspections, and ensuring equipment and property compliance with safety and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure longevity and optimal performance of assets
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair to effectively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Experience in Industrial Maintenance, particularly in a commercial real estate environment, is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and manage maintenance schedules
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and property management protocols
- Strong communication skills to interact with tenants and team members professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance or related fields are a plus
