Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient dishwashers to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as required, including chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workspace.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
