Plaintiff’s practice in Roseland is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1-2 years of experience. This job requires an attorney who is a self-starter, hard-working and conscientious, to handle cases from inception to trial, including appellate work in Federal and State courts. Candidates should have outstanding research and writing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. This is an opportunity to work on substantial matters with extensive client contact. Experience handling personal injury, medical malpractice, or class actions a plus. New Jersey admission required, New York admission a plus. Salary commensurate with experience. Attorneys recieved a percentage of any work they originate. Health insurance and 401k.
