Key Responsibilities.
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to deliver HR programs effectively.
- Provide HR insights and data to leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Location: New York City
- Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week or as per business needs)
- Salary Range: $80K Gross - $95K Gross, depending on skills and years of experience.
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
