Naftali Inc. designs, markets, and distributes suitcases, bags, and travel goods for globally recognized brands including Badgley Mischka, ELLE, Von Dutch, Miami Carry On, Nautica, Smiley, and Bobcat.
We work with major national and off-price retailers, each with specific shipping, packing, labeling, and compliance requirements.
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily receiving, inventory, order preparation, returns, shipping, and warehouse organization.
This is an active role for someone who works with urgency, follows procedures, communicates problems early, and stays productive throughout the workday.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare online and wholesale orders accurately
- Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize pallets
- Receive, inspect, count, and store incoming inventory
- Verify orders against sales orders, packing lists, and shipping requirements
- Assist with returns inspection and inventory disposition
- Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepancies
- Keep products, cartons, aisles, floors, and work areas clean and organized
- Label cartons clearly so inventory can be identified and located quickly
- Organize empty cartons, packing materials, and shipping supplies
- Report low supplies before they run out
- Remove usable wheels, handles, and other parts from damaged luggage before disposal
- Follow retailer-specific packing and labeling instructions
- Communicate immediately if orders may miss carrier or retailer deadlines
- Assist with loading, unloading, palletizing, and general warehouse duties
- Valid forklift operator certification or license
- Previous forklift experience in a warehouse environment
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, or fulfillment experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Able to follow written procedures and retailer instructions
- Clear communication in English or Spanish
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Comfortable using pallet jacks, carts, basic tools, and an electric screwdriver
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warehouse with varying temperatures
